I don't have to worry about anything popping out if I start moving fast. The pockets are plenty big for my phone. There are only the two front pockets on the sweatpants, no rear pockets.The only thing style wise I'm not a fan of is outside front-facing tying the drawstring to tighten the fit around the waist. These sweatpants are very useful for me in that I'm a bit shorter and most medium sweatpants are way too long for me and I literally end up cutting off the bottoms to the correct length with scissors. These however have an elastic cuff at the bottom that stop the legs at the ankle. That's what gives them their baggy appearance as well. Because they are a bit baggy they are extremely comfortable. The torso is a bit long for me but it has a good drawstring so that hasn't been an issue. These are very comfortable for wearing around the house and on lazy days in general. They are a nice dark black color with reasonably good stitching.
